Shipping policy

At Vantio, we are dedicated to delivering your fitness and self-care essentials as efficiently as possible. Because we source our curated collection from specialized global partners to ensure the highest quality, we want to be transparent about how our shipping process works.
1. Order Processing Time
Before your order is shipped, it goes through a verification and packaging process.

Processing Time: Please allow [3-5] business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed to the shipping carrier.

Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time estimates below. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has left our warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on your location.

Please note: These are estimates. While we strive to deliver within these windows, external factors such as weather, customs delays, or high-volume carrier traffic can occasionally cause delays.
3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.

You can track the status of your package at any time via our [Track Your Order] page.
4. Split Shipments (Why did I only receive one item?)
To get your products to you as fast as possible, we utilize multiple specialized distribution centers.

If you order multiple items (e.g., a dumbbell and a skincare product), they may be shipped separately.

You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

If you receive one item before the other, do not worry—the rest of your order is on the way.
5. Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you realize you made an error, please email us immediately at [support@vantio.com] with the subject line "Urgent: Address Change."

We will do our best to update the address, but if the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to redirect the package. Vantio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Vantio is not liable for packages that are verified as Delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or your building manager.

If the package is still missing, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package is lost in transit (the tracking has not updated for [15+] days), please contact us so we can assist you.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, Vantio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
