At Vantio, we stand behind the quality of our products. To provide a sustainable and hassle-free experience for our community, we do not require you to mail physical products back to us for a refund.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or a replacement. Our goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your Vantio experience.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To protect our business and ensure a fair process, we require a digital inspection instead of a physical return. To start the process:

Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue (e.g., a defect, damage, or the incorrect item received).

Once our team evaluates and approves the request, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. Because we do not collect physical returns, we rely on your provided media (photos/videos) to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are ineligible for refunds:

Personal Care Goods: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds on beauty or body care products that have been opened or used.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests on "Final Sale" items or gift cards.

User Damage: We do not offer refunds for items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper use.
Exchanges
Since we do not collect physical returns, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you need a different size or a replacement for a faulty item, please contact us. If approved, we will simply send the new item to you directly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. Please contact us to initiate this process. While we do not require the physical return of the goods, the proof of purchase and a description of the issue are still required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your digital evidence. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
